Bluevale co-ed ball tourney a success

The Bluevale Community Committee hosted its annual co-ed ball tournament last weekend at the Bluevale Ball Diamond. A full field of teams took part in the weekend-long event, which featured a unique rule: wooden bats. At the end of the weekend, it was the Crusaders who claimed the ‘A’ Championship, with Orange St. Fog Duckers finishing second. On the ‘B’ side, it was Andrea’s Wieners who took home the title, with the MorrisBankers finishing runner-up. (Cory Bilyea photo)
