LISTOWEL – On Oct. 12 just after 6 p.m., the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a theft of a bicycle from outside of a local business on Wallace Avenue North, in the Municipality of North Perth.
Police attended the business, observed the surveillance footage, identified the accused and a warrant was subsequently sought.
Jeremy Welsh, 23, of North Perth, was arrested on Oct. 19 and charged with theft under $5,000 and failure to comply with undertaking.
The bicycle was recovered.
