An estimated 30 crokinole enthusiasts gathered to celebrate International Crokinole Day at the Mill Pond Gallery in Cargill. The gallery has a Crokinole Museum downstairs. What better way to celebrate the day than with a visit to the museum, and a fun evening of crokinole? (Pauline Kerr photo)

CARGILL – Kevin McKague, owner of the Mill Pond Gallery, partnered with crokinole enthusiast Clare Kuepfer to hold a good, old-fashioned, fun crokinole tournament on International Crokinole Day, Aug. 20.
