Knox Presbyterian Church to host Canadian Staff Songsters for upcoming concert

Choral event acts as kick-off; celebrating the Salvation Army's 140 year anniversary and local choral history

The Canadian Staff Songsters are a premier vocal ensemble established in 2016 as part of The Salvation Army in Canada. The talented group is led by Cathie Koehnen (center right), with a focus on worship and evangelism through music. The Toronto-based group, consisting of volunteers from various Ontario corps, will be hosted at Knox Presbyterian Church in Listowel, on June 6-7, as part of a coral presentation. Singers and choirs are welcome to the church June 6 at 3 p.m. for rehearsals and a large group coral experience, leading into an evening performance and Sunday morning church service on June 7.
