Barry Ronald McTavish of Listowel passed away peacefully at Chapman House, Owen Sound on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, in his 68th year.
Husband of the late Cindy (Scott) McTavish.
Father of Tracey & Andrew Van Loo of Owen Sound, and papa of Jade, Hadlee, and Karsyn.
Brother of Belinda & Bob Chenoweth of Drumbo, and Bonnie McTavish of Kitchener.
Son-in-law of Bill Scott of Listowel, and brother-in-law of Everett & Irene Scott of Listowel, Bill & Deb Scott of Newfoundland, Anna Duncan of Listowel, and and Nick Smits of Woodstock.
Also sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his sister Bev Smits, mother-in-law Dorothy (Hill) Scott, and brother-in-law Doug Duncan.
Visitation was held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Monday, May 18 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Interment and committal services were held at Fairview Cemetery, Listowel, on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., followed by the funeral service at Listowel Evangelical Missionary Church at 11:00 a.m. Reception followed.
