F.E. Madill hosted a basketball tournament last week for Grade 7/8 boys and girls teams. Shown here are the 7/8 Madill Mustangs boys team taking on the Kincardine’s Knights. The Mustangs would eventually meet the Knights again in the finals, but the Knights would claim victory. The 7/8 Mustangs girls team finished second as well, falling to Hanover in the last game of the bracket. Next, Madill hosts the North Regional 5/6 tournament later this month. (Denny Scott photos)
