NORTH PERTH – The Perth County OPP has charged a North Perth resident after police responded to a disturbance.
On Aug. 13 at approximately 10:02 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance in the Municipality of North Perth. It was determined that the accused assaulted the victim. The accused also damaged the victim’s cell phone. Both the accused and victim suffered minor injuries.
As a result, a 50-year-old resident of North Perth has been arrested and charged with assault – spousal, and mischief – domestic.
