Listowel Panthers players capture 13U doubles silver at Emerald Lake

Kennedy McIntosh (left) and Libby Holtam represented the Listowel Panthers 13U volleyball team well at a 12-team doubles beach tournament in Emerald Lake on July 9, claiming the silver medal. After topping Cambridge 2-1 in the semifinals, McIntosh and Holtam fell just short in the finale, dropping the match 2-0 to Guelph. “I’m just proud of how they played there, and played through adversity to pull off the silver medal,” commented Panthers coach Rick Ghesquire.
