‘Smeared diapers’: Police investigating Memorial Park mischief

LISTOWEL – Perth County OPP are investigating an act of mischief that took place at Memorial Park last week.

Police received information of the incident on June 27. According to police, three male suspects attended the park on Royal Street East, where police say they “threw an item in the pool, threw garbage into the riverbank and smeared diapers on the splash pad.”

The OPP are reminding residents to report any suspicious activity immediately to police.

“If anyone is found committing acts of mischief, appropriate charges will be laid.”
