Exciting craft and vendor show held in Formosa

FORMOSA – On Saturday, April 1, the first craft and vendor show was held at the Formosa Community Centre, hosted by One Blonde Vendor, Shy Tammy Wiens.

This was the first Craft Show in Formosa since 2019.

Wiens has hosted shows in many of the neighbouring towns. Admission was free, with donations to the local food bank being accepted. Profits from the event will also be donated to the food bank.

The Formosa Swans and the Formosa Catholic Women’s League members ran the Country Cafeteria, serving delicious hot meals snacks and yummy homemade desserts. The two floors at the community centre were filled with over 40 exhibitors displaying their crafts, household wares and Easter items.  Almost anything you wished for could be found. Exhibitors donated an item from their booth and a free draw was held with happy patrons taking home some pretty nice prizes.
