Gladys Mabel Haldenby, beloved wife of the late Douglas Haldenby (March 20th 2019), passed away at Wingham and District Hospital on Monday February 27th in her 85th year.
Loving mother of Kim & Grant Phillips, Steven Haldenby and Kandra and Art Clark. Beloved grandma to Shannon & Andy Ritchie, Kelly & Joel Sutton, Courtney & Jamael Jacklin, Chris Clark & Brianna Yuill. Great Grandma to Aidan Lee, Harley, Tyra, Haven and Jaren Sutton. Missed dearly by her siblings Lawrence & Joan Hulley, Warren & Sharon Hulley and Nancy Hulley. Predeceased by her parents Jack & Margaret Hulley and siblings Gordon (Elsie), Bob and Norman Hulley, Polly & Garth Blanchard and Don Shinkle. Remembered fondly by many in-laws, nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held at MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Private Funeral Service was conducted on Saturday, March 4, 2023. Marilynne Gilchrist was the officiant. Spring interment in Greenhill Cemetery.
