WALKERTON – Well, apart from climbing the new scaffold (picutred above), they’re getting ready to perform Heather Kueneman’s latest play, Reunion Two, I Do… I Do, which will run at Victoria Jubilee Hall for seven performances, opening May 26.
The new play is a sequel to Kueneman’s hilarious romp, Reunion, from 2016, and reprises most of the characters from the earlier play, including the lovable old girls, Aggie and Millie, played by Sherry McIntee and Diane Hodgson.
The new scaffold was donated to the hall by the County Towne troupe, to provide safe access to the theatre lights and chandelier. In addition to the scaffold, CTP is providing funding to replace several of the theatre spotlights, and also blackout blinds for the nine theatre windows, for matinee performances.
