NORTH PERTH – One person has been charged after putting their vehicle in the ditch.
On Jan. 20 just after 9 p.m., the Perth County OPP responded to a collision on Road 164 in the Municipality of North Perth.
While speaking with the driver, the investigating officer determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. An approved screening device was administered, registering a warn result.
As a result, a 30-year-old resident of London was issued a seven-day suspension and has been charged with careless driving.
