Van Allen Insurance successful in mental health funding grant application

Listowel’s Van Allen Insurance Inc. recently applied for an iHeart Community Fund grant through Heartland Farm Mutual, $4,000 in funding that will be allocated towards mental health first-aid training for the Huron-Perth Centre for Children and Youth, which has offices in Stratford, Clinton and Listowel. Heartland granted Van Allen’s application, with representatives taking part in a cheque presentation on Nov. 28.
