BROCKTON – Brockton residents are invited to mark Sept. 30, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, at a special ceremony starting at Memory Lane and continuing with a candlelight walk to the library. People are encouraged to bring only natural items, such as flowers, to leave on the library steps. Organizer Greg McLean said he expects this year’s event to be much larger than last year’s, but with a similar message of remembrance and hope.
