Kevin Edgar Valad of Wiarton, passed suddenly at Grey Bruce Health Services Wiarton on Thursday May 19, 2022 at the age of 61 years.
Kevin worked as a driver all over Grey-Bruce. He enjoyed fixing cars, fishing and spending time with his kids and grandkids. Kevin’s family is so proud of him for becoming an organ donor.
Dear father of Ryan Valad (Trina Thomas), of Wiarton, Jon Valad (Holly), of Timmins, and Roslyn Valad (partner John Schlueter), of Lucan. Cherished grandfather of Owen, Macy, and Kane; Miley, Brooklyn, and Jack; and Tyler, and Jacob. Brother of Vivian (Ernie Wyonch), of Tobermory, Kim (Brad Caskanette), of Riversdale, Heather (Ivan Long), of Chatsworth, Charlene (Todd Dowd), of Cape Chin, and Darren Valad (Sophia), of Listowel. Dear son of Gertrude and the late Edgar Valad. Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his nephew, Justin Devoe Valad.
In keeping with Kevin’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. A private family gathering will take place in the future. Family wish to express their gratitude to the doctors and nursing staff of the Wiarton Hospital for the wonderful care Kevin received.
