LISTOWEL – One person was charged after they damaged a door to an apartment in North Perth.
On April 6, at approximately 3:45 p.m., police responded to an address on Barber Avenue North in Listowel, after getting complaints of two suspects using a tool to enter a back door to an apartment.
As a result, Samuel Mclean, 60, of North Perth, has been charged with mischief under $5,000.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to later appear at the Ontario Court of Justice.
