LISTOWEL – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police were called to a business on Mitchell Road South in Listowel on March 4 just after 10 a.m., after a person was witnessed shoplifting by store staff. The suspect was arrested at the scene.
Brittany Warren, 26, of North Perth, has been charged with theft under $5,000 – shoplifting, and fail to comply with probation order.
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges laid.
