NORTH PERTH – With lovers and sweethearts set to celebrate Valentine’s Day in likely more of low-key format for the second straight year, Community Living North Perth (CLNP) is offering a romantic alternative that will also make a difference in the lives of its local clients.
For $128, CLNP’s inaugural Ultimate Valentine’s Date Night fundraiser does most of the heavy lifting for the most romantic day of the year. The purchase cost gets buyers a “Valentine’s date in a bag,” including a freshly-packed charcuterie board for two, with a bottle of wine, two cheesecakes, some chocolates and some games/activities.
Packages may be purchased online until Feb. 6, with supplies limited. Purchases can be picked up curbside on Feb. 12 at the CLNP office on Main Street East in Listowel.
“All funds raised will provide added supports for the individuals in our care, including an emergency fund for people we support, and our summer supports program,” commented CLNP Manager Tracy Wareham. “We very much appreciate the amazing support that Community Living North Perth receives from our community.”
