Police recover three vehicles stolen from Listowel car dealership

Perth County OPP asking for assistance in locating the two outstanding vehicles

LISTOWEL – The Perth County OPP is still investigating after a break and enter led to the theft of five vehicles from a car dealership in Listowel.

On Jan. 27, police stated three of the five stolen vehicles have been recovered. At the time of recover, the vehicles had stolen license plates from South Bruce. A 2018 Audi A3 and 2012 Mercedes Benz GLK350 were recovered in Wellington County, and a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado was recovered in the North Bay area.

The two vehicles that remain outstanding are a grey 2016 Dodge RAM 1500 and a black 2017 Dodge RAM 1500.

Police began its investigation on Dec. 31, 2021, when two suspects broke into the dealership on Wallace Avenue North around 2:30 a.m. The suspects stole vehicle keys and left with five vehicles, with a total value of over $140,000.

The suspects arrived in a small black compact vehicle.
