A contingent of family, friends, clients and colleagues were on hand at the farm of Carman and Beth-Ann Weppler on Sept. 24 to surprise Heartland large animal veterinarian Dr. Kelly Barratt with the news that she had received the American Association of Bovine Practitioners 2021 Bovine Practitioner of the Year award.
