Saugeen Municipal Airport has placed additional concrete blocks in front of the hangar owned by pilot Phil Englishman, who responded by placing another sign on the hangar door calling for the resignation of the SMA commission chair. This is the latest in an ongoing dispute between Englishman and the SMA commission.
