Morris-Turnberry council has approved the rezoning of a 79-acre parcel of land owned by the municipality that could pave the way for future residential development at the east end of Belgrave. In the above graphic, Area 1 and Area 6 have been rezoned to allow future development, while the remainder of the lands has been rezoned agricultural or as a limited protection zone - natural environment.
