Wroxeter driver charged in collision between ag sprayer, passenger vehicle

HOWICK TOWNSHIP – One person has been charged after a collision yesterday between a vehicle and a large piece of farm equipment.

On July 19 just after 6 p.m., Huron County OPP, Huron County Paramedic Services, and Howick Fire Department responded to a collision on Harriston Road, between Mud Lake Line and Malcolm Line, in Howick Township. The collision was between a passenger vehicle and an agricultural sprayer.

One person was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

A 20-year-old driver from Wroxeter has been charged with careless driving. The accused was issued a provincial offence notice.
